Who can use the Ronald McDonald House Family Room: J1 John Hunter Children’s Hospital?

We want to make sure families have a ‘home away from home’ inside the hospital, away from the clinical environment of the ward. That’s why our Ronald McDonald House Family Room is free and open to the families of children receiving treatment in wards J1, J2, H1, NICU, PICU, Nexus and Paediatric Outpatient Clinics at John Hunter Children’s Hospital.

Our Ronald McDonald House Family Room: J1 John Hunter Children’s Hospital is staffed by passionate volunteers, providing friendly and compassionate support to the families in the space during operating hours.
